Eligibility & Applying

Eligibility:

Family Connections is available to families in San Mateo County who qualify as low income.

Applying is easy, and all qualified families are either accepted directly into our program or placed on our waiting list. Tuition is free.

Applying:

STEP 1:

Visit our Classroom.

Visit one of our classrooms anytime during school open hours. For more information and to schedule a visit, please call (650) 685-6240.

STEP 2:

Complete Registration Forms

To attend Family Connections, it is required that you register within the first week of attending school. Forms are available in the classroom, or can be downloaded here. Below is the information needed to complete the registration forms.

STEP 3:

Submit the following additional documents to complete registration:

1. A Copy of your Child's Immunization Record

2. A Copy of the Participating Adult's (Parent and/or Guardian) TB Test Results

3. Emergency Contact information card

4. Monthly Income (this information will be kept confidential)
